Game of Thrones – Extras Casting Call

Dear readers,
when I wrote the word extras just now I burst into a fit of giggles because I remembered that episode of Extras with Daniel Radcliffe. If you think I’m mental (and rightly so I might add) check it out and tell me this is not funny.
But I digress. It seems that the rumors I wrote about here are true after all.
Dubrovnik, Croatia will serve as one of the shooting locations for the Southern Scenes, King’s Landing (as you know I am on A Clash of Kings at the moment and I didn’t get to that part yet).
Posters have gone up all over Dubrovnik since the production company needs tons of extras. The shooting will take place between September 18th and October 13th. They primarily need male extras (for the battle scenes) but there will be need for female extras as well. The cost of transport to and from Dubrovnik (if you are not in the area) as well as accommodation is not included in the fees you’ll get if you get selected. So this would be ideal for someone who is in the area already. Or alternatively if you are a huge fan and want to be a part of your favorite show and don’t mind the travel or the expense.
Be as it may, with the unemployment being what it is (high) I thought I’d put this up here, good karma and all that. I know there will be NDA and whathaveyou but if anyone of you lovely readers decides to go do drop us a note and tell us how it went.
