80s Nostalgia

Dear faithful readers,
first off – let me wish you all happy, healthy and prosperous 2011.
What with the holidays and the winter TV break I haven’t been watching much TV. I did however read a lot. And my copy of Stephen King’s Under the Dome arrived at the beginning of this week so it was downhill from there. That baby is about 900 pages long and once you start it is very (VERY!) difficult to put it down.
I’ve read about this through Pop Candy and since I know we have a lot of 80s children around these parts I thought it might be of interest. Retro80sTV channel has been launched on YouTube.
Not only do they have tons of old commercials (that aired during Alf and Beverly Hills 90210), Arsenio Hall (remember him?), Muppet Show, but they have also have movies. And no ordinary movies but ABC’s After School Specials.
The best bit is since this stuff is on YouTube we can all watch. So – what are you waiting for?
