before I sign off for the weekend I wanted to leave you with this clip. It is Spanish version of Britain’s Got Talent (I guess it should be Spain’s Got Talent, no?
Anyhow this little lady is 75! Freaking 75! And she is dancing acrobatic salsa! Not only did she dance, she only gone and won the bloody contest. Unbelievable. For any excuse I ever made about not exercising etc I bow my head in shame. Me thinks I have a new role model
