		<description>Hmmm...I just remembered how she was telling Cavil about their free will and their capacity for love so yes definitely it would be legitimate to think she would be embrace the notion of love maybe not as a necessity as you say, but as something she wants to experience.

And now that you have said it - when you think about it the hybrid Cylons have free will and can love, so the next logical step to bridge the gap between humans would be procreation. No wonder it bothers her.</description>

		<description>If I think about babies as being Ellen&#039;s one consuming obsession, then she makes sense to me. Her focus on developing resurrection could be seen as a displacement of her own inability to conceive. Perhaps it may even account for the drinking.

But if--she had wanted a child for so long. And she thought she had her soul mate, Final Five or not, I think the news of Tigh fathering a child with another Cylon would have unhinged her just a bit.

I don&#039;t know if she buys into the Love as a necessity thing, but it must certainly be on her mind.</description>
