Things we have learned this season (so far)

Since most show are on winter hiatus, I thought it would be a good idea to go through of a list of things we have learned this season (so far).

    • There are not only demons walking the Earth there are angels as well. Think Old Testament rather then white and fluffy. (Well it’s Supernatural after all)
    • Angels can yank you out of hell, but they can throw you back in. Which lets face it, since they are so Old Testament, is a viable option.
    • Who ever said none would ever want to marry a serial killer?
    • As I have guess correctly – any man silly enough to be Dexter’s BFF will wind up dead eventually. I was surprised Miguel Prado lasted that long.
    • After a whole season of True Blood we have learned how you can kill a vampire – simply impale him/her. Does not matter much where exactly but once you do kill a vampire there will a bloody mess to mop up.
    • Dead people can return from the great beyond. It won’t make much sense, it won’t be pretty but hey if it boosts the ratings I guess all is fair in love, war and sweeps.
    • I never, ever thought I would find House irritating. But this season I do.
    • The all dancing all singing lawyer/prophet extravaganza is a bit too much for the viewing public. Obviously we have turned into blood and gore loving viewers (myself included). Having said that I will miss Eli Stone.
    • I have said it once and I will say it again – the best comedy comes from England (but more about that in one of my next posts).
    • There is no telling when will one of the best shows I have seen in the last 2 years turn into pure and utter crapola (gave up on Heroes months ago). Someone tell me – did Mohinder Suresh turn into a fly or not?
    • On the other hand I’m quite digging the fringe science. Truth be told it does have something to do with Joshua Jackson but interrogating dead people, people fading away (literally) and that bald guy are much more fun then dead people on Grey’s.

And 2 last but most important things

    • Never ever munch on anything while watching True Blood and Fringe. I have learned that the hard way.
