Heroes have lost me good and proper

  • Heroes premiere

I am the first to admit I am a blond. Not the ditzy, span of a gold fish kind of blond but blond nonetheless.

However no matter how hard I tried to combat my blond ways and concentrate on the plot, Heroes have lost me good and proper.

Am I the only one to feel this way? Really it is ok if you call me a silly sausage but Heroes are becoming exhausting to follow. Which would not be so bad, if it was the good kind of exhausting rather then I-cant-be-arsed-with-it kind.

I was all ready to tuck in the new season, because after all Tim Kring promised it will be better then the last one. Given there was the writers strike and second season was all lackluster and confusing, but unfortunately I have to admit I cannot see what has changed.

The time traveling and going back and forth made me dizzy and unable to follow anything at all. I kept wondering what happened to some of the characters (what happened to the little girl from New Orleans, where is Micah?, where did Kristen Bell got off to?) and just overall it makes no sense at all.

I am all for complicated stories that will keep us coming back for more, but bloody hell surely a line has to be drawn somewhere – usually when your viewers cannot keep with it for less then 45 minutes.
Surely that should be a good clue something has got to change.

So tell me dear readers, have you lost your enthusiasm for Heroes? Or are you willing to stick with it?
And please do tell me if you are having troubles keeping up, or is that just me?
