Oh boy oh boy oh boy I’m sure all Red Dwarf fans will be as happy as I was when I read this news.
Red Dwarf is coming back! Yay!
If you head over to Reddwarf.co.uk you can read the latest news that has been confirmed by Robert Llewellyn (you know Kryten) for the Grant Naylor Productions – 4 news specials will celebrate 21st birthday of Red Dwarf.
And the best part is – there will be 2 brand spanking new episode of Red Dwarf! Yay again!
The 4 specials will be shown on UKTV’s free-to-air channel Dave in co-operation with BBC Worldwide.
This is what Robert Llewelly had to say about the latest developments:
“We’re doing four new shows with the original cast. Two of them are going to be, like, proper episodes of Red Dwarf. One of them is so exciting I’ve been asked not to say anything about that because other people will steal the idea – and it is a great idea, quite challenging for us as performers. And the other one is a kind of behind-the-scenes-y… the truth. There’s been so many rumours and gossip about Red Dwarf, about whether there’s going to be a movie and whether we all get on, all those things… The downside for me, which is just dawning on me now, is I’ve got to do the ‘rubber’ thing again, which I haven’t done for ten years.”
The original cast is coming back – yay again!
