After seeing last week’s episode of BSG I do have to agree with our professor Paul over at Infinite Regress TV, all but first season of BSG (which was wham bam thank you ma’am from start to finish) had a habit of great starts, mind-blowing finales and saggy middle bits. Season 4 is no exception.
Hey I still religiously watch every episode (much the same way I watched Lost last season, you just don’t give up that easily on your favorite shows). However it did leave me what – WTF, was that all?

Dear faithful readers, happy Stephen Fry Appreciation Monday!

Its Monday, its gloomy (at least where I am at) and the rain is imminent – who would have thought it is May already? Where is the sun? Plus my allergy is acting up and even though I am still not in the sneezing stages, my eyes are itchy and that does not make me a happy camper.

All this means Stephen Fry is the only thing that can cheer me up. I have found Stephen Fry’s Appearance on Whose Line is It Anyway? YAY!

Today’s installment of Stephen Fry Appreciation Monday will come in 2 parts (you can check out the second part next Monday). It is simply because I want to find all the clips, so it will require some digging around.
Oh and first clip features our lovely Mr. Fry with a face smooth as a baby’s bottom. If anyone knows how old he was when this way taped do let us know.

Every other line with Stephen Fry

Questions only in Ancient Rome

Romeo and Juliet – number of words

Film and theater styles (my favorite is towards the end Dynasty style)

Daytime talk show – the horrors of washing up

And last but not least 7 guys our mums (secretly) think are hot

Things I have learned lists are bits and pieces of knowledge we have picked up watching our favorite shows (and who said you cannot learn anything watching TV?)

Things I have learned watching Project Runway

And last but not least my favorite ever panel show (which you should definitely check out if you have not already that thing is an instant cheer-me-up) things I have learned watching QI

Shameful sit-com confessions – what sit-com you could not live without?

shameful-sit-com-confessions-%e2%80%93-what-sit-com-you-could-not-live-without

Dear faithful readers we have established by now I am an 80s child, so yes I have lived through the horror that were the shoulder pads, leg warmers, big hair and thinking various man with long hair were cool (we will not go into who in particular at the moment). And even though 80s were dreadful (at least when it comes to the fashion) I’m thinking they were not half as bad.

When it comes to sit-coms there are a rare few that actually make me laugh I have to say. Unless its Ricky Gervais, Jerry Seinfeld or at stretch Julia Louis Dreyfus, sit-coms just do not do it for for me. British comedy now that is another matter altogether. But I digress.
So what were the 80s sit-coms you could not live without?
Oh and make sure to check out the clips :)

One of the first things in do in the morning is to check Wordpress dashboard to moderate the comments (not that we get loads of those, but still). Anyhow, over the last few weeks there has been so much spam it is quite unseemly. All I will say is God bless Akismet and delete all option.
So far the spammy individuals wherever or whoever they are what we really do not need is but thank you for asking anyway:
