Rant – once a blond always a blond
You know sometimes the sheer incorrigibility of my blondness astounds me.
Here I was feeling all smug thinking I should not worry about what I am going to watch this summer. See I thought Dexter constituted for summer viewing and I realized only today - it does not air until September.
Another one of my summer viewings 4400 got canceled (way too prematurely in my opinion) and what does that leave me with? Not much.
What makes things a bit trickier - this is the summer of both football and Olympics. Aaaah!
Well pardon me but Ali bleeding Lohan and her role model of a mother do not look too appetizing. Nor does Denise Richards. And after a quick rummage through the depths of Internet it seems it is all downhill from there – you got dance crews and America Got Talent, Nashville Stars and Shear Genius (it’s a reality show about hairdressers?!)
I think its about time I started watching Eureka… or Saving Grace (well it has Holly Hunter how bad can it be?). And there is always Veronica Mars on DVD. Canceling that show was really a great move on CW part, not one of the shows they so gloriously presented at the upfronts last year managed to survive.
Which makes we wonder – is Dawn Ostroff by any chance blond? At least I am willing to admit it.
