10 TV moments that made me go WTF?!

We all have our favorite shows. Some make us scream in amazement (ie Lost) while others make us giggle in horror of the sheer cheek (ie House, who else can get away with so much plain rudeness?).
Here is my selection of TV moments that made me shout WTF?!
Feel free to add your own – it does not matter if the show is no longer on, the more the merrier and you know we love trip down the memory lane at Couchslobs.
Starbuck resurrected – now be honest, out of all the possible scenarios, could you have predicted this one? I know I did not! To me, that was one of the ultimate BSG moments.
Dexter – the identity of the Ice truck killer and his relationship with Dexter.
Grey’s Anatomy – Denny Duquette dying.I know he had a dodgy heart, but still. I suspect he was killed for the simple reason he was stealing the spotlight from the good male doctors of Seattle Grace. Be as it may, that was back in the day when Grey’s Anatomy was actually good (and yes I know the season finale was better but that is no excuse).
Supernatural – Dean being suspended in hell. Call me a silly blond, but I honestly believed pappa Winchester would be saving the day.
House – getting rid off all of his team in one episode. Well technically 2 episodes but still. More surprising was the reality show theme that ensued afterwards but what is even more surprising was that it worked well.
Jericho – Goetz from Ravenwood making a return visit to Jericho, this time as a member of government run agency Jennings and Rall. Honestly it was to be expected that he would end up dead.
Bones – the identity of the Gormogon apprentice. I found this shocking and I don’t even watch Bones regularly.
Veronica Mars – the identity of Lily Canes killer
Lost – like it or loathe it (although I do think the haters are in a minority) Lost has given us plenty to chew on over the course of the last 4 years and it deserves a little subsection. Even though most surprising twists and turns merit a post in its own right some have stayed with me (or made me shout out loud in shock).
The discovery of old Desmondo in the hatch; the map on the hatch doors; existence of the Others, the second island, the fact Ben can control the smokey monster, flashback and flashforward circus. I will not even go into who died over the course of 4 years.
So lets hear it what were some of the TV moments that made you go WTF?!

Berta
Great moments, at least the ones I know – I only watch three of these shows. I’m not as much of a TV junkie as I was in the 80s!
I would like to add NCIS when Director Shepard died last week in the season finale and even more so how the episode ended with the splitting of the NCIS team!
I don’t watch all these shows, but those I do I completely agree with (BSG, Dexter, Lost, Jericho – I know, I know, I have to start watching Supernatural)….
Hmm. How about in BSG when we realized Tigh, Tyrol, Anders and Tory were Cylons, eh? Or when Helo shot Sharon so she could resurrect on the Base Star and get Hera back?
Or on Kyle XY, when we first found out Adam Baylin was still alive?
Or on 24, when Jack actually went through with killing Ryan Chapelle?
My first thought is when they killed Buffy at the end of Season five. Or when her mom died, or even when she suddenly had a little sister. Buffy had a lot of WTF? moments.
And to add to that, how about when Angel took over Wolfram & Hart on Angel?
Jericho being cancelled a second time, WTF CBS!!!
Hawks, I only watched a few episode of NCIS here and there… I do have to admit I was quite partial to Ducky though
Amy, agreed with the Final 4, I think BSG like Lost should have its own little subsection

I never watched even an episode of Kyle XY, any good? Pardon my ignorance
With 24 I only watched a bit of 1st season then I kind of gave up… much like with Prison Break…
Erika, welcome
I did watch Buffy and Angel here and there but it completely slipped my mind… shame on me
OKJhawkgirl, agreed to be honest I had trouble watching the last episode because I kept thinking thats it… maybe there is still hope.
Girls thank you all for your contributions, I knew I could count on you to chip in with anything I have missed
I love sharing this bits and bobs but what makes it fun is that its a communal effort
Family Guy: Every single episode.
