Veronica Mars news

Remember that show that we loved called Veronica Mars?
Aaaaah I’m trying not to think about it.
At least Kristen Bell has plenty of work what with Heroes and Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Jason Dohring is brilliant in Moonlight and Rob Thomas is busy with his pilots and whatnots (I really hoped he would be behind 90210 spin off in a greater capacity, but hey he is working on Cupid so I should not complain). Anyone has any news about the rest of the cast?
Anyhow, I digress – first bit of news I have come across reading Pop Candy blog and Ms Matheson informs us there will be a Cruise to Mars later this year. The cruise will start off in San Diego, then move on to Cabo and Ensenada and then return to San Diego where you can visit the series locations. There is all sorts of stuff planned, interactive murder mystery (goodness me) and even celebrity guests however they have not been confirmed yet. Imagine if Jason Dohring paid a visit. Aaaah again!
Second bit of news comes from our friends at Neptune Rising. Sarah from the official Neptune Rising website is going for conference in London that both Kristen Bell and Jason Dohring will be attending so in case you want to put forward a letter as a contribution to the scrapbook, send them to saveveronica@yahoo.com.
Also WB is coming back with a beta online site. In partnership with Comcast and their online entertainment destination Fancast.com. Fancast.com has a Video-on-demand service and some of the series offered Friends, OC, Gilmore Girls and Veronica Mars. The classics will be available as well such as Falcon Crest, Gilligan’s island and ChiPs.
So check out www.wb.com and sign up for their beta link.
And if you need any Veronica Mars related news, sign up for Neptune Rising group on facebook.
