Heroes are in for some serious ass kicking come this October, as Kristen Bell will be joining the cast and crew as a new character Elle. Although Variety first broke the news, Michael Ausiello of TV Guide got the first exclusive interview after the news came out. Kristen Bell will be in 13 episodes however she might stick around for the second part of the season. Now since Zachary Quinto (aka Sylar) will be leaving at some point to do the Star Trek movie, the question is - will she be the new villain? It is a possibility as she said herself. Wouldnt that be absolutely fantastic? I am partial to Sylar, but a proper female villain would be like a breath of fresh air.

Call me a snarky cow (its ok I embrace it and wont get offended), not only CW cancelled Veronica Mars but the best they could offer to lovely Kristen is to be a narrator for Gossip Girl. And here she is being offered a role on both Heroes and Lost (which she declined). All I can say is best of luck to CW with farmers and Pussycat dolls tsssss

Has anyone seen the Sci-Fi disaster called Flash Gordon? As a fan of the comic and Dino de Laurentiis’ 1980 movie, I was really excited when I heard about the new series plans. I was imagining the new Mongo technologies and elaborate costumes, lasers blasting everywhere and Ming killing people; and what did I get? A born-again auto mechanic who went to one too many Zen classes, his journalist ex-girlfriend who just doesn’t stop talking and Zarkov, I won’t even go there! O, and the story is placed on Earth! WTF!

So as you might have guessed I really don’t like the show! The acting is terrible, no horrific; the dialogs are senseless; the special effects are, wait there are practically no effects and those that they put in, bugs and waterfalls, are certainly not special (I expect to see wires on spaceships, when spaceships finally appear). All and all the show is one huge TURD! The Jurassic Park type!
